Terms of Service

Neural DSP YouTube Analytics (“the App”) is a private analytics dashboard operated by Resonate on behalf of Neural DSP Plugins Oy. The App displays performance analytics for the official Neural DSP YouTube channel and is intended for internal use by authorised Neural DSP marketing team members.

Access is restricted to email addresses on a maintained allowlist. Attempting to sign in with an unlisted email will result in access being denied. The operator may add or remove users from the allowlist at any time at the request of Neural DSP.

You agree not to:

• Share your sign-in credentials with anyone else.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems beyond the scope of your access.
• Use the App for any purpose other than analysing the performance of the Neural DSP YouTube channel.
• Export, redistribute, or publish data from the App without authorisation from Neural DSP.

The App’s handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The operator makes no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Analytics figures are derived from third-party APIs (YouTube Data, YouTube Analytics, YouTube Reporting) and reflect the data those APIs make available; lag, gaps, or revisions to that upstream data are outside the operator’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Access may be revoked at any time without notice, including upon removal from the access allowlist or at the request of Neural DSP. Sections governing privacy, no warranty, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
